We purchased “the T-Man” from Eric Hoffman’s Bonny Doon Alpacas herd to diversify our bloodlines and to further improve micron count in our breeding program. T-Man’s histogram speaks for itself. We will gladly explain the data to interested breeders who are not familiar with reading a histogram.
T-Man’s genetic roots trace back to rural Allianza in Peru. When in full fleece, his large frame, coverage, and superfine fiber are quite impressive. Better yet, he has proven to be a very robust, healthy young male alpaca that fits in well with the other studs at Stormwind.
This particular bloodline is not common on the East Coast, so T-Man may be of interest to breeders who want to genetically “branch out”. We plan to start breeding him in the fall of 07.
