Bred by Dr. Patricia Craven (Cherry Ridge Alpacas), Tasman has soft, very crimpy fiber, density, great coverage, a correct bite, and well-balanced conformation. His pedigree, a blend of Peruvian and Chilean bloodlines, represents the hybrid vigor and health we strive for in our breeding program. His sire is Peruvian Glacier (Snowmass/Tender Shepherd). His dam, Rosamunde, was bred by WoodsEdge and goes back to such Woods Edge greats as Boomerang and Seneca.

Both testicles are fully descended.
